Quality Manufacturing

Our quality management system governs every stage of production, from supplier qualification and incoming material inspection through in-process checks and final performance testing. Every unit is tested before it leaves our New Castle, PA facility.
By controlling the full manufacturing process in-house, sheet metal fabrication, housing finishing, and final assembly, Berner eliminates the quality variability that comes with outsourced manufacturing.
