Intelliswitch for Industrial Series Air Curtains

• The Intelliswitch (digital controller) allows the user to program the air curtain to run for a set time in between door cycles, to operate on a schedule, and for air curtains with heat – to run until the thermostat set point is satisfied, and more..

Control Panels

Standard location: Factory installed on left hand end plate of air curtain. Optional locations: Right hand end plate or remote mounted.

Single Phase Control Panels:

A single phase control panel is required when:

• A time delay is used
• 24 volt control is used
• When motor quantities exceed: (1) 1 hp @ 120V or (2) 1 hp @ 208-240V

An activation switch must be selected along with the panel for activation of the air curtain.

Standard Control Panel Construction:NEMA 4/12 Enclosure, Motor Contactor (factory wired), Terminal Strip, Fusing (as required), Time Delay (as required).

Optional control panel enclosure constructions: Poly Fiberglass, Aluminum, Stainless Steel

Three Phase Control Panels:

All three phase power supplies require a three phase control panel and an activation switch.

Electric Heated Models Only

Models with Electric Heat include a factory mounted control panel.

Basic Control Package:

Recommended for openings where the door stays open for an extended period or does not have a lot of traffic.

• Air curtain turns on when door is opened and shuts off when door is closed.
• Consists of a door switch (roller, plunger, whisker arm, magnetic reed, or heavy duty magnetic reed style) and 24 volt control.

Deluxe Control Package:

Recommended for high traffic openings.

• Air curtain turns on when door is opened, when the door closes, the unit remains on until set delay time expires.
• Consists of a door switch (roller, plunger, whisker arm, magnetic reed, or heavy duty magnetic reed style), a time delay, and 24 volt control.
